Jaime Graham

CCO & Advisor

As Chief Compliance Officer at Phil A. Younker & Associates, I am responsible for the firm’s adherence to local and national laws and regulations. I ensure we are always putting the client first, complying with regulators, following internal policies and procedures and honoring our code of ethics.

Additionally, I manage the day-to-day operations of the office and am the primary advisor for many of our clients. I earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Alaska in 2005 and have been working with Phil Younker Jr for over 15 years.

I was born and raised in Alaska spending my childhood in Healy right outside Denali National Park.  I moved to Fairbanks at the age of 10 and have no plans to leave!  You can find me outside both Summer and Winter enjoying all there is to do in Alaska. I enjoy hiking, gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Founder & Advisor

The stock market and economics have always been my passion.  While I spend much of my time researching I value the opportunity to meet with clients many of whom I call friends.  I earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Iowa City in 1985 and have completed many industry designations over the years.

It is hard to believe it has been almost 35 years since my father and I started Phil A Younker & Associates, and later Abridge Partners.  I was just out of college when I began my career in the investment field with one of the best teachers and partners anyone could have.  Over time we were able to build a very successful investment and financial planning company.  In 2003, my father retired after 25 years in the insurance and investment business.  I will always feel very lucky that I was able to work with my father and can carry on a business we built together.  Now our time is spent talking about his golf game and fishing trips with me giving him an occasional update on the stock market.

A lot of things are changing in the investment world and I continue to work hard to keep our clients in front of some of those changes and help to avoid others. There have been many sleepless nights and long weekends and will be many more to come.
